Default Mystery Sealing Washer (Solved)

I'm swapping the heads and cam on my 2004 LS1 GTO. I also decided to replace the timing chain and oil pump which meant dropping the oil pan.
I've been bagging and tagging all the fasteners so I know how to get it back together again. However I found this sealng washer on the floor near the front of the engine.
I have no idea where it belongs. At first I thought it fit between the oil pump and the block as you can see it's a perfect size, but all instructions on internet say there's nothing there.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Those are typically used on the AC system as mentioned.

They would not be used inside the engine.

That's an A/C gasket. For sure.
It did not come from inside your engine, unless someone fucked up royally in the past.

Thanks, agree AC hose seal. I had an AC leak, so disconnected the hoses when lifting the engine.
