Default LQ4 nicked piston, replace or run it

Title states it. Here is piston in question:


Long:
Engine is mostly stock 2004 LQ4 with mild cam and valve springs(BTR platinum) swapped in. Engine has super low mileage for its year: ~65k. I had to pull the head when rod #7 snapped due to fuel hydrolock Only good thing so far is cylinder #7 is in good shape.

I can't see what nicked piston #1 above.

Aside from the cam/valve springs, there is nothing else on the engine. No performance adders. It is used in an offroad setting when I might rev the engine up to ~6k rpm.

So pull the piston, use some 240 grit, and hit it until level?

Whatever it takes to get rid of any sharp edges or points that could cause preignition.

There's no need to remove that piston as others have said just rub down the rough edges and let it go, any tiny fleck of s*** will get caught in the oil and you're going to change that anyway

My 5.3 had something similar on piston 1 when i swapped heads..I just smoothed it out. Been like that for 4 years now with zero problems.
