Default How much horsepower will a ....

98 transam ls6 intake, pacesetter longtube headers, offroad y, cutout, midwest 4400 stall, T-Rex cam kit, tsp lid. ls1 edit, and 410 gear, what would that put down to the rear wheels horsepower wise?

how about you just dyno it and find out. what it should put down and what it does put down could be totally out of sync.

Through an A4? Max 420rwhp. Jason99t/a has the highest dynoing trex vehichle and he is putting down 450rwhp and his mph reflects it at the track. Thunder who made the cam also tuned the cam so they would be the absolute best at squeezing the most power out of that cam.

Twink I know the person you are talking about. I heard he and his buddies claim that with those mods he is putting down 450rwhp on stock heads through an a4 big stall vehichle. Thats equivalent to 465-70 in an m6. So Matt Litteral(the guys car he is referring to in this post) Is making more power than jason99t/a with the exact same cam,mail order tune,stock older style casting heads and the rest of the boltons through an a4?

Matt would have the highest dynoing cam only car in the world if thats the case and I would like to see the graph.

Yep, no way he did 450 RWHP with that setup. Too many missing key factors to achieve that #.

I think that's a very good estimate. More realistic.

Besides, the track MPH is better indicator of power.

400 max would be my guess.
Probally needs a better tire combo as well.

How about not, since he only runs 6.40's to 6.70's on 1.60's on the bottle

although not a G5X2 or shall I say the best cam known to man, I have ran pretty decent track times. I know of a few people that with gears and slicks and skinnies and also the best tune in the world can only manage a 11.93 or so. My times are much better than than on stock wheels and tires and gearing. And no it doesnt make 450 to the wheels more along 415 to 420

11.93 is lack of traction i.e more power i.e nothing worng with the tune. Would you like to compare trap speeds? I think not. I have taken much smaller cam only cars(mine included) and tuned them that trap higher than your huge cam car 2001zz. My offer has still been out there for you and you have yet to ever line up against me.

Like you said your times "Have been "for now better because you have less power and you hook much better and thats the only reason.

I will continue to tune cars that run much faster than you as you sit there with no idea on how to even turn a wrench yet alone tune a car.
