What cam to use

What cam to use I'm wondering which cam, lifters, and springs to use. I have an 02 camaro M6 and an lq4. Gonna be running ported LS3 heads ls3 intake, gen iv rods and flat tops with valve reliefs and don't know yet but either 3.42 or 4.10 rear

Cam Motion LS3 Titan 3 227*/237* 113* + 3.5*
3.42s and/or less than 11.0:1 Comp
Cam Motion LS3 Titan 2 222*/230* 113* + 3*
They will be happy to discuss springs, PR, & lifters as well.
With 4.10s and/or 11.0:1 Comp and above
