Piston to valve problems with Summit Cam

Ok. Thank you. I assumed that the lifter "pumped up" when running and would touch the piston. Sorry for so many questions guys. But thanks everyone for the help.
Didn't see a need to start a new topic for the same cam and wanted to double check myself.
Nephew is putting this in his 04 LS1 GTO. He has 243s decked for cleanup. We removed the spring from a stock lifter, used an inner spring from an old set of double springs and set the measuring pushrod to zero lash. We measured piston to valve clearance at .133. Does that seem correct?
