It's a stock cam for a blown 6.2, and a lousy cam for an NA 5.3. You will LOSE power all the way up to over 5000 RPM. After that it gains a little power
IF you decide to use this turd of a cam, you will for sure need a tune.

As per Richard Holdener- ANY cam is a boost cam. And whatever characteristics it has NA, it will have under boost, only with more power. Under boost, the LS9 cam will add more power up top, but make less power at the bottom than the stock cam under boost.

Don't do it you won't be happy. I have a 6.2 GMC 1500 with a blower on it and i hate that damn thing. It's like having nitrous on it after 3000 rpm but when your pulling it's absolutely worthless. Listen to the guys that know....

Get the SDPC LS6 Power Max (currently ~$240). https://sdparts.com/i-24132276-sdpc-...6-0l-6-2l.html
Way better than an LS9 cam in a 5.3L NA (similar peak power, but with way more torque below 5000rpm). And it will work well with the blower too. And you can use the springs you already bought.
