Default 228/232 vs 228/230

Been looking at cams lately. Nearly had myself sold on the TSP 228/232 112LSA cam, but then realized that the "sloppy stage 2" grind 228/230 112LSA cams are very similar. Real world would I feel a difference between these cams? Don't quite have my head wrapped around valve events to figure it out myself yet. Currently car has stock 853 heads, 1 3/4 Speed Engineering headers, LS1 intake and 3.42 gears. I would also be upgrading to a converter in the 3200-3600 stall range before installing the cam. Car is nearly exclusively street driven from stoplight to stoplight with 1 or 2 trips to the drag strip a year. Any other cam recommendations would also be appreciated!

I don't think you'd feel much difference between the two. I ran the SS2 in a 6.0L a couple years ago and it worked well. Running the TSP v4 now due to aftermarket heads swap.

Cam Motion LS1 Titan 4 227*/232* 113*+4*
Check out the results in the "Camapaloza" Thread

The aggressiveness of the lobes or smoothness and lift differences might make a difference you could
feel in the first 2 cams.

The older BTR stage 2 is similar. The newer one has a wider split.

You won't feel any difference between those cams.
