Anyone use Cometic SEG gaskets? How do these compare with the Athena gaskets?

What's the consensus these days on pushing high boost with stock castings with the updates in head gasket technology vs aftermarket heads that are thicker if you plan to run 30+ PSI of boost?
How would a set of PRC Stage 2.5 5.3L do on an LQ9 or LY6 402 stroker pushing 30 lbs of boost with a set of these cometic or Athena gaskets? Asking for head lift problems or no? These look to be better than LS9 gaskets but the stock castings on the heads has me concerned. I don't want to spend $2700 on a set of aftermarket heads for minimal gains if I can just use the PRC heads I have and not run the risk of head lift.

The deck thickness is what gets ya with stock cathedral castings . If you do a 402. You can run ls3 heads which hold the gasket WAY better. @subeone has made 1400 wheel with stock ls3 heads.
