Intake Valve Leaking, valve lapping fix?
Cylinder head is removed from vehicle.
I did the trick where you can fill the combustion chamber with fluid and see if there is a valve which may be leaking.
I found one of my Intake valves were leaking.
now I'm wondering if lapping would fix this or is there something else I should be doing?
New seals, seats and springs will be getting installed.

It will still be a good idea for me to check though.
If you lap it and one side doesn't show any evidence where it's touched the seat, but the seat develops a nice even pattern, then the valve is probably bent.
The car doesn't necessarily have to "run hot" to do that. Poor tuning, or even a faulty injector, can do that sort of thing.
