What was the tuners response when you asked him?
You posted your printout so its obvious who the tuner is..
I'm sure not every tune he does is perfect but I know a lot of people that are very happy with his work.

Kinda seems dodgy to out the guy in a forum and not have his side of the story up..
If I missed that my bad but I re-read and don't see it.

We have few enough shops in PDX we don't need to lose one..
