Probably not. I found a lot of the Summit items are not 10% off as claimed. My items barely made 7%.

 

Yeah, I called last night and couldn't get a really good answer as to why the kit I wanted wasn't discounted...

I thought maybe the Summit guy would jump in here and reply.
