Default Knock sensors and misfires

Has anyone driven on roads so rough that you can see truck misfire watching the computer? Could that be coming from the knock sensors? Lately I've been getting misfires on my 4.8l when cold starting. Most on #7 & #8. But still on random cylinders. 296,000 miles

What vehicle is this? What are the condition of the coils/plugs/wires? Original knock sensors?

It's an 05 Silverado. Knock sensors are original. Put new plugs and wires about 150,000 miles ago. Coils and harness, MAF, TB all else original.
