Default What to do with 706 heads?
I need some help with what to put into 706 heads on a LM7 5.3L, looking for 400HP undecided on what camshaft to use as well. (Sorry for the lack of information I wrote this staying up at 5 in the morning trying to do research as well as not knowing how to build the engine)
What springs?
What pushrods?
What valves and trunnions?
What rollers for the block?

No information, so generic reply.

706's contact Total Engine Airflow and have them port and set up your 5.3 heads. The TEA 5.3's are excellent heads.

What springs? What are you building for?
What valves and trunnions? Big enough for the seats and CHE
What rollers? Rollers??
What springs? You're repeating yourself

What size camshaft would have been most important to determine what spring. Your power goals will dictate what people will suggest for the cylinder heads.
