Default best cam for my stall setup

i have a 2003 5.3 ls getting rebuilt, with some rebuilt but stock 862s prepared with some 660 springs , i have a ported throttle body and intake manifold, headers. i have a stage 2 4l65 with a 3k yank stall and 4.11 motive gears. looking at my first cam i dont want to throw a huge cam that will be renderd useless with my stall, as of now i dont have the budget for a bigger one. what cam would yall recommend want good gains, chop isnt a must but would be nice, truck will see track use and daily use at some point.

The tsp stage 4 high lift would be a very good option there. Great power, will use the gears and converter well, and great sound also. And on a good budget as you can use with a pac Beehive spring also.

You should be able to tune almost any size cam to be drivable with a 3k stalled Yank. That would not be my main consideration in your shoes. I would worry more about an external transmission cooler to help keep that 4l65 alive. I will leave my usual 4l60 snark at the door, and just say that ANY high stalled auto will burn down if you skimp on cooling.

it has a truecool 4k cooler i never hav it go over 30 of outside temp, just dont want a huge can that wont put out good performance because of my small stall heard that my stall will hinder huge cams

3k is only a small converter compared to track only drag setups. I would never go higher than that in a street driven truck, and would go lower in most cases. I could put the biggest donkey dick ls1 cam made in a 4.8 engine and still get it to work with a 3k Yank.
