Okay to replace rod bearings with stock bolts without resizing?

I know when replacing rod bolts you need to resize the rods but I'm just throwing new bearings in a sludged up 5.3 for a low buck project I'm working on, can I just throw bearings in it and call it good? It's just gonna be a cammed 5.3 that will probably never spin past 6500. I've only been able to find this question asked when replacing rod bolts, I'm just going back all stock my bearings just had some moderate wear on them so I got new ones.

Yup, should be able to just swap em out.
Watch out for the rod & main bolts though; if they're TTY (specs call for some low torque, then incremental angle tightening from there) they may need to be replaced anyway. Lots of people get by without that though so it's by no means a certain thing one way or the other.

Rod and main bolts are usually thought to be reusable at least 2 or 3 or even more times. They don't see as much torque per size as head bolts, which are one-time use only.
