Default LQ9 with LSA blower - build advice

I've got an 03 LQ9 with an LS6 cam and MP112 in my 1950 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup, and I'm planning on pulling it out to swap into my Buick Roadmaster. I've been out of the LS/swap game for about a decade, so I'd appreciate some input on my plans while I continue to read up.

Car goals
  • Driver for road trips, towing duties, and some commuting.
  • Very little track action
  • Shooting for 9-12lbs, won't spin higher than 6200

Shortblock
  • I've played with the ideas of a 370 kit, or just doing pistons and rods, but I'm starting to think I'll just leave the stock rotating assembly alone. I see a lot of differing (but old) opinions on this. Any prevailing thoughts on leaving the internals alone for 10ish lbs of boost and street driving?
  • I'm interested in maintaining good/stock drivability, so I might stick with the LS6 cam that's already in there. Is there any advantage to swapping an LS3 cam if using LS3 or LSA heads?
Heads
  • Either LS3 or LSA heads
  • For an LS6 or LS3 cam, is there any need for valvetrain upgrades?
What would y'all do? Am I missing any big hurdles regarding an LQ9/LSA combo?

The LS3 Cam is pretty much basically the 2001 LS6 cam from I gather so I wouldn't swap one for the other.
