Default Injector help

03 5.3l
What would cause injectors (all 8 of them) to run continuously with key in the on position?
Problem just started, everything had been working fine. Now, when key is cycled to the run position, the injectors (all 8) run and fill the cylinders with gas.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Pull the power wires from the injectors and cycle key again to see if it’s a stuck injector or it’s being told to open by bad ecu, fault, short, etc.

If all 8 are blowing fuel continuously, it is a wiring fault, short, or bad ECU.
They likely are not ALL stuck

Yeah, I'm lea ing towards an electrical issue.
Everything was fine until I added E-fans. May have chaffed a wire somewhere when I had to add pins to the ECU plugs.
I'm sure it's pinned correctly but I may have damaged something in the process.

Man, that sucks, especially since fuel has seemingly turned to liquid gold......

Remove the spark plugs to prevent hydro-locking and major damage to your engine. Once this is fixed, change the engine oil because what is in your oil pan mostly ain't oil anymore.
