Got the engine back in and running, took it out today, from what I can tell the problem is fixed. Made several hits on the street to see if it would misfire at high RPM and it pulls clean now. Unfortunately since the tune was never finished on the dyno due to the misfire issues the shift points are not where they should be..so I still have to get the tune finished and have him street tune it as well since the surging is very annoying with the fast 102. But at least the main problem is fixed which i'm very happy about.

took a quick video rolling into the throttle out of 1st gear, tires spun pretty hard but you get the idea, revved to 6k no problem.
