Default Roller rocker noise is this normal?

Hi everyone I’m trying to figure out if this is a normal amount of valvetrain noise with roller rockers and a 231/236 .629"/ .615" 113 LSA+2 cam. I haven’t found any other videos thst sounded like this. Here a link to the video of my engine. Thanks!

What brand of rockers?

I don't think the noise is anything excessive but it's really hard to tell on a video.

That FAST intake amplifies the valvetrain noise.

Sounds exactly like my Corvette with Yella Terra Ultra Heavy rockers and the FAST 102 intake.
Throw a wet towel on the intake, it quiets down.

Pretty sure all LS engines sound like industrial sewing machines

I have YT’s and a FAST intake on my car. I’ve been worried / curious about the noise all along. Glad to see it’s pretty normal for this combo.

Agreed. All except solid roller builds. My 434 has zero valvetrain noise. I’ve noticed that aluminum block LS builds have a tad more lifter noise than an iron block build. I’ve also seen many times where going to 40w oil will help quiet LS lifter noise somewhat.

My Camaro sounds exactly like that with stock rockers and Fast 102.
