Default Hole to the right of oil pressure sensor

I have a 06 gen III LQ4. Can someone tell me what the small hole to the right of the oil pressure sensor is for? It is between the cam sensor and bolt hole and oil pressure sensor. I will try to load a pic tomorrow.

There should be a hole there for the cam sensor bracket. That might be what you're talking about. The cam sensor doesn't screw in like the oil pressure sensor.

I'm not sure what that is. I haven't noticed it before.

It's just a hole. It's nothing that is used.
