Default Head bolt torque

I have a 2006 LQ4 with 2011 799 heads. I believe both these trucks had all 101mm bolts? And would the torque procedure be the same as a Gen 4?

Head bolt type are dependent on the BLOCK, NOT the head. That late an LQ4 block has all short bolts.
The head has NOTHING to do with head bolt type.
So torqueing is the same regardless of head

Yessir. 22ft lbs, then 90 degrees…then 70 degrees. The 5 small bolts across the top are simply 22 ft lbs. This is for new GM bolts of course. ARP and other aftermarket fasteners have their own set of instructions.

Read the specs that came with your head bolts. I've had some over the years, specifically N* ones, where the FelPro replacements required a DIFFERENT torque (more, actually) than OEM. It's dependent not only on the dimensions of the bolts, but also on the metallurgy.

I didn't have the FSM last time I did a head swap so I just read the little sheet that came in the box with the new bolt set. Sorry, can't tell you what that was, my memory isn't that good. You know what THEY say... your memory is supposed to be the 2nd thing you lose as you get older, I just always forget what the 1st one was supposed to be...

TBH I'm not even sure that the GM bolts you get over the counter, are the same as the ones they wrote the FSM for. That's PARTICULARLY a problem with transmissions, where if you buy 2023 parts and try to build it out of a 2002 or whatever FSM, you end up with a mess. Butt hay, these motors aren't as picky about that as some, and if other people have had success using those numbers, then they're probably perfectly fine.
