LQ4 cam / springs help

LQ4 cam / springs help So I picked up a set of 706 heads to run on my LQ4 6.0.
They came with a valve job, seals, and blue LS3 springs.
I'm planning on a BTR Truck Norris cam.
(previous owner of the heads was running an Elgin stage 2 cam also on an LQ4.)
My question is are the LS3 springs a decent match for the Truck Norris cam?
-Specs of the Cams-
Elgin stage 2228/230 d at .05 .585/.585 lift 112lsa
TNorris 212/22x d at .05 .552/.552 lift 107 lsa
** Bonus Question **
The Truck Norris cam set comes with 7.4 pushrods... am I cool to use these, or do I need to measure and all that
