Gen 4 bolt gen 3 rod torque

Gen 4 bolt gen 3 rod torque Putting together lm7 and I ordered btr gen 4 rod bolts to replace after installing all new bearings. I'm having a hard time finding credible info on the torque procedure. I've found people saying gen 4 bolts are 15 ft/lbs then 85 degrees, others say 75, then 1 says 85 is the updated spec. I also need to know if I lightly oil the threads and head. How many times can I retorque, 3? And to add, I've had my rod bolts dry torqued for 2 days now thinking it was right... can I loosen them, oil them, and retorque? And just retorque to 85°, no more ° after torquing to 85 the first time.

asking whole question for this thread. More concerned about the having my bolts torqued for 2 days, will that change the stretch any more than torquing them and loosening like most do when measuring bearing clearance. And torquing limit is 3 times?
The 2 days doesn’t affect the fastener at all. The 3 times torqued is a recommended number by the manufacturer. During mock-up looking for a certain bearing clearance number, I’ll torque them and re-torque them more than that, and I’ve built many of these things.
