Are these complete motors pulled from say a 2000 Camaro that run good actually selling for 3-5k like I see them posted on ebay. Kinda curious as I got a built six liter ready to go into something was thinking a truck but might just put it in my Camaro.i haven't been in these forums in a long time and haven't sold many parts for these cars in about six or seven years so if anyone knows I would like to hear what you guys know.

A lot depends on condition, whether or not it's still stock, and mileage. If I were buying a 23 year old motor, I'd want to hear it run. If you're really serious about selling it, I'd either leave it in the car, or have an engine stand that allows the engine to be started, and run. Then a buyer could hear it run. Leaving it in the car is probably the most feasible. If it's complete, stock, and around 100,000 miles, I'd say $3,500-$4,000. Can't buy much anymore for $4,000. An LS1 that has been treated decently, and had regular oil changes, 100,000 miles isn't any problem. 100,000 miles the new 40,000 miles. My opinion.....

Yeah it has about 110k but I put in a btr stage 3 cam and new oil pump I wonder if that will hurt the value or keep it around that range I'm second owner on car and it was drve by an older man who kept up on the maintenance I also pulled motor when I did cam changed all the gaskets.
