Which cam is this?

Anyone know which cam this is? It came from my "stock" salvage yard motor. I don't see any numbers on the end opposite the cam bolts as specified in a previous thread about F/Y body cam identification. All of those GM numbers begin 125......, or something like that. Between the second and third lobes of my cam is an indented stamp with the numbers 199 atop the number 97. Thanks, Glenn
