Default Rocker ratio, springs and Cam lift

When I see a cam that has 600 lift, and I have springs that are good to 650 lift, with stock rocker arms shouldn't I get around 1020 lift? or is the 1.7 rocker ratio already figured into the 600 lift when I get a cam?

The rocker ratio is figured in. The cam is .600 total lift the cam card will have the actual lobe lift of about .350

Ok, so if I have 1.8 ratio rockers, and a 600 lift cam, my lift is 660
