Factory production data having to do with the finish machining... date, time, shift, machine #, operator, stuff like that. Of no consequence or meaning outside of the factory.
The only number that matters is the one right above that: 799. That's the casting number.

The other numbers (799) are not a stamp. They are cast into the metal.
The long string on the exhaust manifold flange was made with a CNC punch sort of tool after the flange was machined. Dremel and others make tools you can buy to do that by hand, machine shops often use such a thing, but obviously those numbers are more precise than that. They're factory as far as that goes. Just, unless you're the factory and have all the production records and whatnot (like, what operator was operating what machine on which shift on what date, kind of records) they have no meaning.
