Horrible engine knock stock block LS1.
LS1, stock 241 heads, TSP Torquer V2 cam, pushrods, .660 springs, IWIS timing chain, BTR Trunion upgrade rocker arms, LS7 lifters from BTR, new head gaskets.
I would start with the basics. Remove the serpentine belt. If it's still doing the noise check with cheap $7 HF stethoscope to see if the noise is coming from the top end or bottom end.
Then go from there. Oil pressure is not that bad, like enough to cause damage. But anything is possible.

From the intensity of the sound, I would be suspicious of other damage... Like the lifter has been beat to death, the cam damaged, the valve bent, etc, etc.
