Need some quick help from a some OGs

Installing some head studs on my ls1 and came across this last nut that has these small cracks. About 2 threads on the bottom Down. Is this still okay to use?

If the nut will torque to spec without splitting, I’d run it. Of course if your gonna run 30+ psi of boost here, that might change my mind. ARP will send you a new nut for free if you contact them about this. They have excellent customer service.

I'd trust "He's just a friend." more than I would trust using that.

I do some sketch ****, but wouldn't use that nut.

What brand is it?

That is some very poor quality control. It may work just fine but, I wouldn’t be comfortable with it.
