Default 2003 lq9 6.0

looking for help with more power without going to deep in my pocket? engine ran great until i drilled a hole in the heads now i have to replace them ? which heads should i go with and im not trying to mess with the bottom end

Easy go-to is 243/799. About the same flow with a moderate bump in compression. Re-evaluating whatever cam is in it might be a good idea as well.

Maybe L92 heads? They should both right on a 6.0. But it would mean a LS3 style intake and fuel rails.
