I installed the CHE Trunnion kit in an engine I built for my brother a few years ago…6 liter .030 over, 10.5:1, GMPP LS3 heads, 219/231 .604 .607 custom Comp camshaft, dual springs, Ti retainers, 11/32 pushrods, etc. He uses it for a tow rig and it gets used. He’s put 46k miles on it and I pulled some rockers a couple days ago to see how they were doing…or not doing. I’m happy to show you guys that they are very happy, with virtually no wear. There are visual witness markings, but there is no measurable wear on them. I really expected to find worn bushings after 46k miles with big lift numbers and it’s not a Sunday morning stroller. The CHE kit is legit…buy with confidence.
Not that ive put many miles on with the weather up here and the car just being a toy but have ran these in my monte the last 4 yrs and have been great with a 235/247 .612"/.625" cam
