What valve guides to use? Hello,
what valve guide is the correct one to use between the sbi 140-3053 and 140-3053h?
both is cast iron but the one that ends in h says it’s hardened, can’t find much info att all online.
its for a street engine not racing in any way that’s why I choose iron over bronze

If your doing performance, you likely want the hardened ones.
