Heads salvageable?
Both can be milled to correct. You’ll lose a LOT of chamber CC’s cutting the heads, which will mess up your target static compression ratio. I can’t see enough of the block from the pic to tell how bad it is. May I ask what happened here?

not in a position to take it apart right now-what’s the worst case if I mill the head and throw it back on? It’ll leak coolant into the chamber? Just need it able to drive onto my trailer for now.
Worst case, don’t put any coolant in the engine…you’ll only be running it for a minute or so, I’m A$$uming, to get it on the trailer. Wont hurt it to run it without coolant for 60-90 seconds. Put a note on your instrument panel reminding you of no coolant in engine…in case it’s next spring before you get back to this and forget that there’s no coolant on it.
