Default A couple questions for @Summit- or other experts

I have a pair of 2005 Gen3 LQ4 in tear down, one lost a cam bearing, and the other is good running order, going to be building both engines back up, with stock bores,intending to push in new cam bearings, and new oil pumps, timing chains.
Will be installing Truck Norris cam, and supplied BTR valvesprings in the LOW miles engine, FIRST question: Intending Cometic .040" head gasket for the cammed engine, intent to bump compression to possibly 9.8 static, and get "close" to having real quench with stock pistons, maybe near .035" to flat part of head.
............." Sound Reasonable???"

.
Second question specific to Summit rep: your KIT part number:

SUM-HTLSKIT2

Please Confirm this Summit KIT will ship with genuine USA made LS7 lifters, and GENUINE GM bagged lifter trays " that I will NOT regret"
.
, Thanks for the words of encouragement? haha

if you didnt buy yet, get the btr Truck v3 stage 3 cam. Same power as TN down low, more up top and less overlap.

@Full Power,

Both the lifters and trays in the SUM-HTLSKIT2 are made in the USA.

The kit includes Delphi LS7 lifters and OE-style trays, all built to the same fit and function you’d expect from factory parts. Good parts, nothing you’re gonna regret using.
