your right clipper.im not going to get a big-*** cam like that.ever since i read my dumb-*** posts on this thread,i feel like a jerk-off.i did that already with my '62 nova, bought everything twice.im just gonna get a mild cam, because im already runnin a 150-shot on the beast, and i got a cut-out for my loud needs(when i want to be.)yeah, i did some research on those cams, and they're tooooo big for me.i dont want to be changing rod bolts, and putting on waaaaay too oversized heads(too expensive),and going through valvetrains like it aint nothin'.i already got td's,and i love them so im going to keep 'em.but ill probably go with random tech cats, some pacesetter lt's(emissions legal)and ive also been looking at some of the tr cams, and the fms cams.what would you guys recomend for that set-up?maybe tr224 or like an FM13 like jrp said.that should bring me very close to my goal(more like 425hp...or 475hehe),which is more realistic.

honestly since your still havent passed the n/a threshold of no return i'd consider a Carb legal blower. you'll be 100% smog legal and put down numbers that put most h/c packages to shame. with bolt ons, boost, and tune you could be at 450rwhp pretty easy.

Just put a 224 cam in there and it will sound real nice.
You should pass emmisions and the car should be much faster.

Or just buy a damn Super charger and be done.
