I have the SLP cold air induction unit (basically just like the FTRA) and it came out really easy... it's held on by a couple of screws to the front end, plus some plastic push screws on the shroud in front of the radiator.

The Magazine Motor was New No MILES so the lifters were in Factory condition and so were the lifter trays, on a motor with any miles it is safer to do it the right way

The hardest part on my truck was probably doing the springs. Well, mainly just getting the retainers centered over the stem correctly, or cranking down the spring enough to get the locks around it. Not that hard at all, just time consuming.
Like I said in the other post, for me, removing the pulley was CAKE. I spent more time pulling off a single coil pack.
