LS1 service/tech questions... Hey Guys, I'm looking at buying a '99 T/A and I'm looking for some info on what I might need to look out for before buying. I'm no stranger to F-bodies, but I'm not super familiar with the LS1 cars.
Are there any service issues that a '99 WS6 with 115k miles on would/might have?
Is there scheduled maintanence that should be to be performed before that mileage that I can check for?
Is there any other drivetrain related issues that might be a problem at that mileage?
Any other problems that might pop up soon?
Overall the car looks great and seems to run great. I'm looking for info on stuff I can't readily see/check out.

No big issues other than piston slap and high oil consumption. If it has a little piston slap that goes away when it warms up and doesn't use oil, then it's OK.
