Default Should I buy new head bolts?

I am having a head & cam job done on my '04 vette. Engine has only 3600 miles on it do I need new head bolts. Do they get stretched when torqued like rod bolts?

I belive stock head bolts are torque to yield wich means they are not reusable.I am doing H/C swap and ordered new ones, they are not that expensive.
