Can you run a 4.10 bore with that setup and be safe at 1k rwhp?? Also could you email me the cost of that setup? Thanks.

Is that much stronger than the alum. block with the Darton MID sleeves?

Default iron vs. aluminum

I suspect the iron block will be a bit stronger and will definitely stay straighter than the aluminum blocks under load. The main bulkheads are thinner on the iron blocks so don't expect a great increase in bottom end strength from the material change. You also have to factor in the weight increase of the iron block and the extra cost to machine it.
