TR220 or TR224 @114? I have a 2000 SS M6
I drive it ALOT
What should I get?
Advantages/disadvantages to each?

Re: TR220 or TR224 @114? Hey man I feel your pain. I am looking for a cam for my wifes SS. I don't want anything that will shake the car. This is her DD so that would suck. I can help u though. I have a TR224 and Jeremy from LIFBA has the TR220 in his car. I am meeting him tomorrow(Thurs) after dinner sometime to hear his cam. He is selling it and I may consider buying it. If u want and the weather is nice I will bring my Hawk instead of the beater and u can sit in both cars at the same time. U can call me if u wan to come meet us in East Meadow. 917 353 3979. Bear

Re: TR220 or TR224 @114? Get the TR224 on a 114lsa and it'll idle great. If you put the TR220 you're only gonna wish you'd done the TR224 later down the road. The TR224 is proven, go with it. The 114lsa will make it drive and idle good, so there's no need for the smaller TR220 in a 6 speed car.

why not get a 222/222 114 cam?? best of both?? probably only 5-10hp difference in the 220-224 cams
