For 550 to 600 rwhp there are cheaper ways to get there. Unless you just want to say "I have C5R parts" why? I admit if I had the money I would go all C5R and custom parts but since I don't I can't see why. If you got the money go for it but please, post pics of the build!

That would make more sense to me.
Cyphur-traq I'm in business with you. I call the range, and you squeeze the trigger.

Basically it would consist of C5R heads setup for a Hyd. roller cam, dished pistons to lower the compression to 11.5. This would be a killer setup for the street. RWHP would depend on how big of a cam you could live with. But I would estimate the RWHP thru a 6-speed to be in the 550 to 600 range.
As far the price of the heads I can do a set of C5R heads for you for around 6,500. If you are interested give us a call.

You can either do a Kinsler setup, or one of the 8tb setups from Australia. You can keep the stock computer and convert it to a Speed Density setup. There are several Aussie's playing with C5R head setups.
Kurt Urban (427) from Wheel to Wheel has done numerous C5R head projects he has basically stated a C5R head is useless unless its on a big bore motor. But if you go 427, I think you can make big power. The benefit of an 225 AFR is it will work with a stock manifold. The C5R requires something custom, but if you tune runner length, etc... I think you could make crazy power.
You might contact Kurt for more info.

My ARE 436ci Trans Am, I want to leave it alone, it runs to friggin sweet to change it or better it. Its a perfect daily driver with gobbs of power.
So how much could be had from using C5R stuff with a 427ci? If its not much more than 725 FWHP why bother spending the cash?

I want to have a motor built thats completely insane for another WS6. I'd like to have over 600 RWHP on-motor, then spray it with a 250 shot or maybe more. The MORE Performance motor seems like the baddest one out there.
I'd like to put this in a WS6. The 1,600 hp package. I got a quote for $55,000. TH-400 tranny, built Ford 9" rear-end, full suspension and a brake upgrade, fully tuned and ready to pick up.

Then a 300 DP shot on top of that I'll know in about 1 month if this will happen, if so it will be going into another WS6 street car.
