any tips on getting my g5x3 to run right and run strong

the only place i've ever seen the big numbers is when they are installed and tuned at lg

Would a mail order tune be worth a crap? I also have been wondering about tunning cause I think I'm gonna get this cam.

I would suggest that you get lg to tune it if at all possible.

That would be the best way to due it but that is a long way from Illinois and Minnesota.

I would get a mail order tune from LG and maybe fine tune it local.

id rather not mail order tune because it is as expenensive as a tune dyno tune dyno is up here. i wish there was a way to get on paper what they do in the edit so i could hand it to my tuner and say: "hey, start here"

I've got this cam too on a 112 LSA in an A4...I think I just about have it all worked out. I still get some bucking at low rpms with the A/C on, or in high humidity weather. I would be real interested to see what the timing tables look like...I've got the VE almost dead on, but I know that there is still more power left with some timing. Anybody in here have timing tables they would like to share? I'm also still looking for some idle airflow tables and decay tables as well. I was thinkg of calling LG but I'm not sure if this is the kind of info that they would be willing to give out, seeing as how they would want to do the tune. Also, I haven't been able to get over 16 MPG. Maybe I like staying in the throttle too much.

PE changes would be nice to see as well, although I think that I have them pretty good too, I would just like to double check.
