Mike is correct,Joe ported some WICKED heads.
Then things went down hill and he couldnt handle the pressure.
I still say his S1 head was as good as my $$$$ Cartek S2X LS6 heads.
I wish I wouldve NEVER sold him back my S1/TR224.
I agree that flow isnt everythning,Joe was big on runner size and mid lift numbers.EZ I bet if I took my Cartek S2X heads off and put those JPR heads on my car that u just had repaired along with the TR224 I could run easy 11.30's@119.
Joe if your reading this I feel for u but I also feel for these people.

Shoot man another JPR sucks thread. Does not suprise me. I ended up giving my heads away to an insurance doner vehicle. There was no way I could charge anybody for those POS heads.
I got treated so badly by JPR that I will not even buy parts from anywhere in New Jersey. Good luck on the next setup EZ.

nope, don't have his email address. I seriously doubt he actually had incorporated JPR, and if it was, I doubt the corporate status would hold up in court. He's still personally responsible for his financial obligations.

One of his family members had their car fixed at JD's while he was working there and reffered to him as Bob. When asked who they were talking about they referred to Joe and said Joe was not his real name. God only know who this crook really is.
