You should really do the heads at the same time unless you are doing the work yourself. Otherwise you are wasting dollars on labor.

That cam you suggested is way too small. Do you have emissions testing there? If so what type? dyno or OBD2 scan?

are you running cats?

I would look at something in the 232/236 range on 114LSA for your car if dyno roller emissions are a concern. Otherwise I would go 242/246 on 108LSA with fairly moderate lift (.580ish)

With tuning either cam above will work well but the 242/246 will make more area under the curve and extend well past peak RWHP as well. The 232/236 will pass emissions easily with the right tune.

there's emissions - it's Nj. i think they just changed it to obd2. the cars gonna see the track and some autox from time to time, but daily driving more than anything. yeah i'm running cats, but as far as doing the heads too at the same time, it just isn't in the budget at all. looking towards something like you suggested - ~234/.581 .581 / 112 or so
