Default Looking for Help

Live in NYC area and am looking for a reputatable shop to do the engine on my 98 corvette. I would like to do a stroker with nice flowing heads and the complete package. I would also be open to hearing where I could get the best long block for this car. My budget it not unlimited but I can swing enough to get the job done. My current engine only has one bad bearing so it is fully rebuildable. Please let me know my options and who is available to do this. My budget is less than 10k if this is possible.
