metco breather beneficial or not

metco breather beneficial or not ive installed my AMW catch can and now im wanting to install a metco breather. will this help out my oil consumption ? every 3,000 miles im about 2 quarts low. my car only has about 46,500 miles on it.
if u like list the pros and cons of the metco breather.

I think you need to diconnect and plugs your pcv holes first or you'll get a vacum leak. I think. I had one on and it had to come off to do a dynotune. They said it was causing a vacum leak.
