Any major disadvantages to going with the SLP ZL-402 over another setup?

Any major disadvantages to going with the SLP ZL-402 over another setup? This package seems to have everything I need, but is their anything that should be upgraded/changed. Was going to go with a 427 setup, until this was released 
It has an iron block vs MTI Darton resleeved block - any probs with this other than the added weight
