You guys were going to get my business before this claim, and most certainly after it! The customer service my little bro (NA$TY-TA) got was TOP NOTCH and I wouldn't consider anyone else. Thanks for the extra effort!

Good to see that you brought it in house. At my company we farm out work all the time and it always is a bad situation with delays because they just dont seem to care about our customers. They have us by the ***** though cause we just dont have coverage of our own employees in these areas. I also like the idea of a free engine. Hopefully it doesnt come back to bite you in the ***.

I know a very reputable race engine builder that used to make great reliable racing engines and then they started pumping them out like crazy with quick turn-arounds and a lot of their motors had simple things overlooked (missing rings, properly untorqued components, etc) that costed their customers a lot of $ b/c of their lack of attention to detail on the engine builds.

I think thats a great guarantee though, I love quick delivery of stuff!

I didn't read where he said "quick". But I did see where he said "on time". Hopefully they know pretty close to how long a quality job should take, add a little for unseen problems, and then you have a "due date" that can be met with a quality product.

I'd ask how this new 100% satisfaction policy affects a customer like my friend Jim Hogan, whose car has been sitting at a garage since June waiting for parts and reworked parts from you (AP-Eng).

Jim's case was one of the reasons we have moved to this policy. This will ensure that Jim's case doesn't happen again with out the customer being taken care of.
