Default Need Help!!! LS1 Gurus look inside

My car first started to run like crap when it rained real bad here one day so I took off my ram air system in the hopes that it would stop. It would bog down really bad and idle very very rough(almost to the point of the engine shutting down). I thought I had gotten water in my engine. I checked my air filter and MAF but they seemed to be dry. Well it rained again and my car did the same thing but this time I was throwing codes 152 & 154. Now my car is doing the same thing even when it's not raining. It doesn't do it all the time but it's starting the happen more and more. It boggs down really bad and I have to give it gas to keep the engine from shutting down. I don't know where to start.
Anybody have any ideas?
TIA

PO 152 = o2 sensor circut high voltage (pre-converter sensor, right bank)

PO 154 = o2 sensor circut no activity (pre-converter sensor, right bank)

That should tell you everything
