Which cam On my 99 LS1 with Comp R lifters PP Dual Gold Valve springs TI reatiners and locks which cam shouold I use for best performance??
Thunder Racing's 230 cam 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA
or
TSP Torquer 233/233 .595/.595 112lsa
Also I have full bolt on, fast toys Ram Air, Hooker Longtubes, 3" off road X pipe.
